Job Overview:-

Responsibilities of Data Entry :-

  • Check orders for accuracy and completeness, following company policies.
  • Fix order problems (pricing, delivery, etc.) with the team.
  • Answer customer questions quickly and helpfully.
  • Process orders efficiently using our systems.
  • Find ways to improve order processing.
  • Handle quotes, orders, rejections, and status updates from start to finish.
  • Keep accurate order records.
  • Meet order processing deadlines and performance goals.

Requirements For Data Entry :-

  • Basic computer and Excel skills.
  • Willing to work night shifts (US time).
  • Must work in the office (no remote work).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Oracle and CRM experience (not required for entry-level).
