ICAI May exam 2025: General Requirements

Self-Service Portal (SSP):

Candidates should make sure their eligibility status is updated on the portal.
Valid login credentials are required. If you don’t have any then create an account on SSP .
Valid course registration is mandatory.

Photo & Signature:

Upload your latest photograph and signature on SSP as the specified guidelines in notification.

Articleship Training:

Articleship status must be updated to “Registered” on SSP. If your status shows Terminated or Requested for Termination then you need to resolve it before applying for the exam form.

ICAI May exam 2025: Detailed Eligibility

course Registration:

Candidates must register to Final New Course.

Articleship Training:

Completion of 3 or 3½ years of training is required for this exam
Specific conditions apply based on the candidate’s training status as of May 2025 and their intended completion date.

Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (AICITSS):

Completion of AICITSS is mandatory by April 10, 2025, except for students converting from the Final Old Course.

Self-Paced Online Modules (SPOM):

Candidates must qualify for specific modules (Sets A, B, C, D) depending on their admission date and past exam attempts.
Exemptions, however, apply for certain candidates admitted before specific dates.

ICAI May exam 2025: Photo and Signature Requirements:

Photograph:

Must be clear with 80% face visibility.
Background: White.
File type: jpg/jpeg, size: 20-50 KB, dimensions: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm.

Signature:

White sheet, black pen.
File type: jpg/jpeg, size: 10-20 KB, dimensions: 6 cm x 2 cm.
