Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT) / Computer Proficiency Test (CPT):

  • SPPT (for Junior Operator & Junior Attendant): Practical test to determine fitness for the role
  • CPT (for Junior Business Assistant): MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint test (30 commands in 75 mins, 20 required to pass)
  • Candidates shortlisted in 1:3 ratio based on CBT performance
  • SPPT/CPT venue & date communicated via call letter
  • SC/ST/PwBD/Disabled Ex-servicemen eligible for travel reimbursement (if distance ≥30 km)

Merit List Criteria:

  • Final selection based on CBT scores (only for candidates who qualify SPPT/CPT)
  • Tie-breaker: Older candidate gets preference
